By using SaveWordly you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

SaveWordly is an English vocabulary learning platform that extracts and organises vocabulary from TV shows and movies, and provides AI-powered speaking practice. We are an independent educational platform and are not affiliated with any content studio, streaming service, or broadcaster.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • One account per person. Do not share accounts.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: scrape or extract our data in bulk, attempt to bypass security, upload harmful content, or use the service for commercial resale without our permission.

4. Intellectual Property

The SaveWordly platform, including its code, design, and original content, is owned by SaveWordly. Vocabulary lists derived from third-party works are provided for educational fair-use purposes. Show titles and characters are the property of their respective owners.

5. Free Service & Voluntary Support

  • SaveWordly is completely free. Every user gets 5 speaking sessions per day at no charge.
  • We accept voluntary support through Buy Me a Coffee. These contributions are not subscriptions and do not unlock additional features.
  • We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future with advance notice.

6. Disclaimer

SaveWordly is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific learning outcomes. Language learning results depend on individual effort.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveWordly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be notified by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
